Pricing & Registration

Complimentary passes are reserved exclusively for qualified data center owners, hyperscalers, and colocators. To be considered, applicants must satisfy the following conditions: 

• The applicant’s organisation must directly own or lease data center facilities to support its core business functions, including hyperscalers, co-locators, and end-users. 

• Attendees must be decision-makers at the manager level or above, working in roles spanning project/program management, construction, supply chain, development, delivery, preconstruction, MEP, or be a superintendent or a data center department lead. 

• Roles focused on sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, or sponsorship are not eligible for complimentary attendance. 

• A maximum of three complimentary passes may be allocated per organization. 

• All registrations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. 

• Registration is only confirmed once approval has been granted. Where an application is declined, the event team will contact the applicant directly regarding alternative attendance options.
